Service overview

ZyloCode provides an AI-assisted website builder, live preview environment, code editing workspace, and related account features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the content you submit. You may not use ZyloCode for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party rights, fraud, malware, deceptive content, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Billing and one-time purchases

Paid plans are sold as one-time purchases through Creem. After a successful payment, ZyloCode confirms the signed return and webhook, upgrades the corresponding account entitlement, and adds the included credits to that account. Taxes, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Creem as merchant of record.

Refunds and billing support

If you have a billing issue or refund request, contact support@zylocode.com within a reasonable period after purchase. We review requests case by case, including duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or provider-side billing problems.

AI output and project responsibility

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, content, and deployments before using them in production.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or conduct that puts the platform, users, or payment processing at risk.
