What to include for faster help

Share the workspace or account email, a short summary of the issue, what you were trying to do, and any relevant screenshots or error text. For billing questions, include the purchase email and order reference if you have it.

Clear repro steps help us respond with something useful instead of starting with a back-and-forth just to gather the basics.
