Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication provider details, project metadata, AI builder prompts, generated files, and usage records needed to operate ZyloCode.

Payments and billing

ZyloCode uses Creem as its merchant of record for one-time payments. Payment card details are handled by Creem, not stored by ZyloCode. We store billing records such as checkout IDs, order IDs, product IDs, plan, customer IDs, and credited entitlements so we can confirm purchases, reconcile webhooks, and support billing inquiries.

How we use information

We use your data to authenticate your account, deliver the website builder, save projects, apply credits, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support or refund requests.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as authentication, database, hosting, AI, analytics, and payment infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account, project, and billing data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
